Bear in mind that these timelines are estimates and may actually be a little shorter or longer based on your individual project’s needs. We’ll talk all about that during when we discuss your project.

We’ll discuss all your goals thoroughly at the beginning of your project, but if there are any edits needed that are the result of my error, I’m happy to make those. My goal with every project is for you to be satisfied with the results.

Additional changes that go beyond the scope of what we discuss as the project develops, such as additional pages for a website or additional words in a voiceover read, will need to be billed accordingly.

If your project requires any work to be done on-site, the standard rates apply, in addition to a travel fee, charged at $1.50 per mile from me to your location, one way. For example, if I need to travel 20 miles to get to your project site, the travel fee would be $30.

Background music that may be included in any marketing I create for you is created by me personally to be used with your final audio products. When you receive your final files, I can include both your audio with and without the music, but not the music files on their own.

Support includes answers to questions on how to use your website once it’s finished and live. This can be anything from how to make your own edits to your site’s contents, to how to make updates to plugins. You’re always welcome to purchase additional support if you need it.
