The New Single Is Almost Here

First off, Merry Christmas! I hope this holiday season has found you well and in good company as we got to celebrate Jesus. I’m so grateful, so in awe of His goodness. Around this time last year, my family’s story was very different, so I’m really just feeling a lot of gratitude.

A brand new song drops on December 31st

I officially have new music! My new single, “No Need for Grace” drops on December 31st, 2022, JUST skirting in before the new year. There’s so much more on the way, but I’m so excited to share this one with you!

Song Stories

If you haven’t seen my Instagram profile lately, I’ve been telling the story of the song, including highlights on the artist who created the album art, the engineer who brought the track to life, the inspiration for the song and more. Here’s the first post if you want to peruse a few paragraphs over there (and maybe be extra cool and give me a follow for the next release!).

It’s been an absolute blast putting this together. This song is one of my favorite things I’ve written, and I hope you enjoy it too.

Pre-save on Spotify

Streaming services are of course a necessary evil for us musicians in the world today. They don’t pay a lot per stream, but the potential for reach is wild. The best way you can support your favorite artists, especially the small ones, is to give their new music saves and streams within the first week of the content’s release date. That doesn’t just go for me! Please give the extra attention to all your favorite small and upcoming creators, it’s a really easy way to help their music get heard.

But while I’ve got you here, doing a pre-save of this ensures the new song gets saved to your library. That makes Spotify’s spooky algorithm aware that people care about the song and give it a chance to show it to more people!

As you’ve probably seen recently, I’ve been doing a lot of new designs of merch featuring lyrics from the new tracks on the upcoming album. Showtime!

Now that I have a ton of new music, and the world is starting to settle into the new normal, I’m going to be looking at playing out again. Some stuff will just be solo gigs like before, but I’ll also be doing some sets with a full band as well and I could not be more stoked.
