World Central Kitchen 2025

Thanksgiving season is upon us in the United States, which for those of you who may know me will know, it’s the time I choose to make an impact in the world! Every year around this time, my community and I raise funds for World Central Kitchen, a top-rated nonprofit (check that link to audit this and tons of other nonprofits for their authenticity) dedicated to feeding people in need across the world. The mission that’s especially close to their heart, and also mine, is getting access to good food for people in crisis, whether that’s natural disaster or human-caused conflict.

So, instead of just celebrating Thanksgiving the “normal” American way, I give just a small part of what little I’ve been blessed with to help WCK provide meals. I may not be able to go specifically into all the spaces that are affected around the world, but I can provide at least some financial support. I use this time to invite the wonderful, kind community I’ve been blessed with across the world to join me in making a difference.

From now until November 20th, I will be donating ALL proceeds from any merch sales directly to WCK. Head to my Shop and grab something if you want to help! Collectively as of last year, the community is responsible for $2,020 in donations to WCK so far! I would LOVE to see that number grow significantly this year (I think we can make it over $3,000!), so if you’re reading this, I would like to invite you to join me in doing some good in this broken world, especially in the climate we’re living in these days. This is the unity I would love to see, and I believe we’re more than capable of if we try.
